ok, went school today from 9am to 5 plus in the evening. spent a really long day in school today. hoho.off to westmall to meet my family for a movie! had dinner first and we bumped into my aunt. 881 is quite a nice movie after all, though it's about getai singers and most of the dialect used was hokkien. well, i seldom watch such movies but.. the ending was very touching, which made my mom and myself tear during the movie. it's about two sworn sisters(the 'papaya' sisters) who were very close to one another and vowed to sing till the end of their life. however, one of them was diagnosed with an illness. and sad enough, she(little papaya) passed away but she persevered till the end to compete against their enemy(the 'durian' sisters) who was jealous of them before her death. both sisters sang a sad duet together, the song ended when little papaya stopped singing and closed her eyes..the rest are for you to find out. i think it's worth watching this movie. the morale of the story: cherish your loved ones when you have the chance to do so now.
